Zumba anyone? I know I did not know what it was at first either. I can now truly say I am hooked. Zumba is amazing. I recently attended my first class and can say it was awesome. It is a dancing and aerobic class with latin music. You just move with the music. I am not normally one for taking classes at a gym. I prefer to just do my walking thing around the neighborhood with the other moms. Unfortunately, with the way the weather has been - unpredictable - I needed to find another outlet. Zumba was it. For one full hour I was able to do my thing and not worry about whether I was doing it right. I did not look at the time while doing the workout. I did not wonder when it was going to be over. I just went with it and enjoyed it completely. I can't wait for the next class!!
